The speaker does not turn on
- Please ensure the speaker is fully charged.
- If the speaker has not been used for a long time or the power of the speaker is exhausted, please charge it for 5-10 minutes before trying to turn it on;
- Please ensure the power cable is firmly connected.
- Try another power outlet for connection.
No sound
- Please ensure the main power is connected and the power outlet is switched on.
- Please ensure the audio cable is properly connected and the input is set correctly on the speaker.
- Turn up the volume of the speaker or audio device.
- Turn the speaker off and restart it.
- Try another device for audio playing.
- Please contact the customer service for further assistance.
Sound coming from one speaker only
- Please ensure the audio cable is properly connected and the input is set correctly on the speaker.
- Please ensure both speakers are connected properly.
- Try another device for audio playing or try playing different audio files.
- Please contact the customer service for further assistance.
Cannot connect via Bluetooth
- Please ensure the speaker is powered on and has entered Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Follow instructions in the corresponding manual to restore the speaker to factory settings.
- Please ensure the firmware of the Bluetooth device is the latest version.
- Try another device for connection.
Distortion in the speaker
- Check if the signal input level is too high.
- Turn down the volume of the audio device.
Noise coming from the speaker
- The noise of some audio sources will be several times higher than that of the speaker, please try to change the audio source to play again.
- Please ensure the audio cable is properly connected and the input is set correctly on the speaker.
- Try another connecting cable for connection.
- Try another device for connection.
- Please contact the customer service for further assistance.
Remote control does not work
- Please ensure the insulation at the top of the remote control has been removed.
- Please ensure the remote control is within the effective operating range and there are no obstacles between the speaker and remote control.
- Please ensure the battery is installed correctly.
- If the battery runs out of power, replace it with a new one.
- Please ensure the speaker and remote control are not covered by other objects.
Proper speaker placement
Place the speakers on a solid and stable plane, the height of which should be kept at a position parallel to the listener's ears, and the distance between the bass reflex hole and the wall should be at least 20-50cm. To get the most accurate sound and balance, the listener's best spot should be on the axis of the equilateral triangle formed by the left and right speakers. At the same time, you can adjust the angle of the speaker slightly to obtain a more ideal stereo effect
Disconnecting/sound interruption, stuttering
- Bluetooth products transmit data wirelessly and are susceptible to interference from co-frequency signals. If the product often has disconnection, stuttering or noise problems, please check whether there are other wireless transmitting devices near the earphones, such as microwave ovens, and if so, please turn off or keep away from the interfering devices before using;
- Bluetooth products transmit data wirelessly, so it will be affected by the connection distance and obstacles. Please use the headset within 10 meters and ensure that there is no obstacle between the headset and the audio source device;
- The speaker may not work properly when the power is too low, please ensure that the headset has sufficient power to avoid the headset not working properly due to insufficient power;(This point is suitable for the product with battery)
- Due to the limited bandwidth of Bluetooth, when multiple Bluetooth products are connected to a device at the same time, disconnection and freeze problems may occur due to bandwidth occupation. If the product often has disconnection or freeze problems, please try to disconnect other Bluetooth products on the audio device before using them;
- Using some special encoding methods such as LDAC/LHDC, due to factors such as high bit rate and differences in the compatibility of mobile phones, Bluetooth hardware limitations, and environmental interference, there may be stuttering, silence, and disconnection. You can try to open the mobile phone developer options, find the Bluetooth audio encoder, and select the encoding method as SBC or other decoding;
- Please try to clear pairing record on the audio device, restart the audio device and the earphone, and search for the paired headphone again to see if it can return to normal;
- Restoring the factory settings can help you solve the problem to a certain extent. Please refer to the product instruction manual and restore the product to the factory settings to see if it can solve the problem;
- Due to the large number of products in the market and the differences in system and hardware compatibility, there may be incompatibility between the product and the device. At this time, the device may not be able to connect to this product or may experience frequent disconnection. Please try to connect the headphone to other audio devices to see if they can be connected normally. If it can be connected and used normally, there may be a compatibility problem between the original device and the speaker
The Left and Right speakers volume unbalance
- Some audio devices or App have left and right channel volume balance settings. When the channel settings are unbalanced, it will cause the left and right volume of the product to be unbalanced or no sound on one side. When the volume of the left and right speaker is inconsistent or there is no sound on one side, please check whether the volume balance settings of the left and right channels of the audio source device or the App are normal;
- The sound difference may caused by the audio you are playing. Please try some softer and soothing tracks to test the product to see if it is normal;
- It may be that the audio device system is abnormal. Please check whether there is any software or system that needs to be updated on the device. Please try to update to the latest version and use it to see if it can return to normal;
- Please try to connect the product to other audio devices to see if it returns to normal. If it returns to normal, it may be that there is some unknown abnormality in the original device, which causes the left and right volumes to be inconsistent;
- Please make sure the connecting cable is firmly connceted between the active and passive speaker;
- If there is still a problem after all the above steps are checked, it may be caused by an abnormality in the product itself.
No treble and bass or treble and bass effect is not good?
- Affected by personal sense of hearing, usage environment and audio files, the effect of treble and bass will change to a certain extent;
